CourseMill 7.5 is available. This version includes:
New Student Interface
The CourseMill Student Interface has been completely redesigned to better enable students to manage their courses, stay informed, and communicate with students and instructors.
New Mobile Application
If your organization has enabled the use of our mobile application, you’ll have access to a new and improved app.
As a part of the redesign of the student user interface, the underlying structure of CourseMill has been rewritten as an API. This API allows you to programmatically call any function within CourseMill, giving you the ability to write custom interfaces, reporting, and integration with other platforms. The current programming guide for the API is available at: http://trivantis.com/help/CourseMill/7.5/en/ProgGuide/index.html

I can’t express how ridiculously excited I am at this update. But now, I have to wait (semi) patiently for the Admin/Instructor update. This post has received 2 votes up.May 17, 2017 at 3:36 pm #356805

Has anyone heard an update as to when Trivantis will be able to get the update loaded for all customers? We still don’t have the update scheduled yet. 🙁 We also haven’t heard anything else about job aids that would be available to distribute to our employees to help them learn the new site.
Thanks!June 20, 2017 at 9:22 am #361019
@jmohr4076 I’ll pass along your eagerness to the CourseMill team and someone should be getting a hold of you on here or via email about scheduling your update.December 13, 2017 at 11:01 am #379704

Hello! Are any other clients still waiting to get the upgrade and/or experienced major issues with it? We finally had the upgrade partially installed last Wednesday (after the 4th attempt), and it’s been a crazy mess. Some features no longer work, the branding disappeared, our custom certificates no longer exist, and our login page won’t work. I’m curious if we are the only ones experiencing these challenges and frustrations. Any suggestions you have would be welcomed. We have used Lectora and CourseMill products for years, and have always been loyal customers. However, having our website be down for a week now is very frustrating. Our IT department has tried repetitively to call and email members of Trivantis and can’t get anyone to answer. We definitely in need of some customer service love.
