    @switalba

    I could really use some help.  We recently moved to ver 12 and have been experiencing major issues with published content launched in IE8.  Our company still uses this version of IE and we need our courses to run on it as well as 9 and firefox.  There have been no issues with launching the course in Firefox and it works great.  There’s just one problem…our default is IE. Is there a way to force the launch in firefox?  If so, how?  Keep in mind I am NOT a programmer and this course is now past due.

    Thanks for you all your support!  Feel free to call me directly if it would be easier to walk through it together on the phone.

    @ssneg

    Lectora 12 supports IE8 (with some restrictions on effects – read here), so this should be a fixable issue. You can also contact support@trivantis.com to automatically open an official support ticket. Or you can share your project here so the community can take a look.
