Please have your Lectora version number and license key available. Instructions to find your version and license key are here: How to Find Your License Key.

Whether you leave a voicemail, email, or use our online form, all support requests are automatically entered as a support case in our system.

Support hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday for all Lectora Support issues and non-critical CourseMill LMS support issues. We will respond within at least 24 hours of your inquiry for all Lectora support issues and non-critical CourseMill LMS support issues. Any inquiries received after 5:00 pm on Friday will be responded to on the next business day.

    Hi,

    We are developing a course in Lectora 12 and publishing the course with Offline option for a standalone/CD version. We double-click the LectoraViewer.exe file to launch the course from our local machine, visit a few pages and exit from the course. On relaunch it does not show the bookmark pop-up to navigate to the last visited page.

    Please help us on how we can have the bookmarking feature in the standalone/CD version of the course.

    No the Bookmarking option is only available when you Publish out to AICC/SCORM/xAPI. You could create your own bookmark feature using custom variables to keep track of the last visited page and use that instead. But the automatic feature is not available when publishing to Offline.
