Description

Toronto 2015, the Organizing Committee for last year’s Pan Am Games, enlisted the help of Trivantis and Canadian Partner, YouAchieve Inc., to build the ideal learning management system and assist in the creation of eLearning content, using CourseMill and Lectora Online cloud-based authoring software. Trivantis and YouAchieve were actively involved in the design, configuration, customization, integration, automation, and ongoing administration of the learning management system and eLearning content from inception to execution of all phases of the project. The system allowed Toronto 2015 to effectively and efficiently manage, track, and report on more than 24,000 volunteers and staff with nearly 1,400 curricula, 800 courses, and 550 sessions, utilizing a complex auto-assignment schedule for both eLearning courses and instructor-led training. The system was also used as a notification and registration engine for uniform pick-up and accreditation, a mandatory and vital milestone for all volunteers and staff.
