Continuous audio

Billy asked on the forum how to create a page with continuous audio. Sergey and Wendy both gave possible answers. This solution i had in mind for quite some time works swell. What all the ideas have in common is, that to ensure the audio keeps playing you have to make sure your Lectora project is a one-page-setup. Here is a quick version showing the idea. No Javascript used, so easy to reuse. Biggest problem is however that with bigger titles managing it is not too easy. Wendy suggested showing/hiding the groups…that for sure would make handling it easier..especially with Javascript…

This is awesome…definitely thinking through it. I have 40 pages in the module so I’m not sure how that will work, but definitely the mind is thinking.

I did put the audio in a popup window to allow it to continue to play, but have not been able to figure out how to close the window when the learner exits the course. I tried putting an action on the exit button but there it’s a way to hide a popup window. Any thoughts around this?

When using groups you could make a group of each page. Then hide/show the next/previous group. If you sent me the module ( Wetransfer to mathnot@mathnotermans.nl ) i gladly check whether we can make it work somehow like this. I am not sure whether you can close a popupwindow, maybe with some javascript…but im not sure.
