The course is designed to show learner’s that easy concepts still require you to pay attention to details, use critical thinking and take your […]

Build a game in Lectora? Challenge… accepted! But which game to choose?! So many good ones, but for this I really wanted to see what Lectora could do, are there any limits to it’s magnificence?! During my childhood there were a few things that were certain – baseball cards made my bike sound awesome, a handful of quarters is all I needed to waste an afternoon, my Atari and Nintendo is what happened when I saved some of those quarters, and if I was home sick, I would be watching […]
I love gaming! Board games, card games, computer games, and video games—itt doesn’t matter what, I’m interested. From big family gatherings playing Pinochle and Euchre to a relaxing night in playing a solo video game, gaming has been in my life for a long time. I like that you can learn something new, have fun, and bond with other people.
This month’s contest challenge is to take your favorite game (or make up your own) and use it as an opportunity to teach a concept or topic in a Lectora course. Bonus points if you make it responsive. And Lectora® Inspire users, don’t forget about the eLearning Brothers Interaction Builder in your Inspire Tools.

The 2016 LUC inspired me replace the traditional question and answer test with a game. This ‘course,’ which was shortened for this contest, could be full of content (here it is only one page, plus the game) and the learner is presented with a game at the end with a chance to win (and show […]
Brewhead’s poker is an update to the poker game developed by Lectora as an early demo. I modified the original project files to add a new visual theme and added audio. The biggest challenge was programming audio to seamlessly play on mobile devices. It was built a couple years ago in an earlier version of […]

The interaction was created using an ungraded Drag and Drop Question object. Download the Photoshop template file to create puzzle pieces […]
