Hello!  Are any other clients still waiting to get the upgrade and/or experienced major issues with it?  We finally had the upgrade partially installed last Wednesday (after the 4th attempt), and it’s been a crazy mess.  Some features no longer work, the branding disappeared, our custom certificates no longer exist, and our login page won’t work.  I’m curious if we are the only ones experiencing these challenges and frustrations.  Any suggestions you have would be welcomed.  We have used Lectora and CourseMill products for years, and have always been loyal customers. However, having our website be down for a week now is very frustrating. Our IT department has tried repetitively to call and email members of Trivantis and can’t get anyone to answer.  We definitely in need of some customer service love.
