I’m having the same issue! I submitted a ticket to BranchTrack and they say they may have a fix and are working on it. I also talked to trivantis today and they thought Lectora v 17.1.2 would fix the issue. I re-exported my course and am still having the issue. 🙁 I’m going to reach out to Trivantis again and will keep you posted if I find a fix. Please do the same.
