I should have done this when I started the project, but I’m now at the end of creating the title and I need to set the title up to run in an LMS via SCORM. I have followed these steps but it clears all of the content in the course when I do it:

To specify the type of title as an AICC/SCORM/xAPI title:
Select the title in the Title Explorer.
From the Design ribbon, click Title Options from the Title Setup group.
Enable the AICC/SCORM/xAPI for LMS/LRS radio button.
    Click OK.

Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions? (I *think* I’m attaching the file correctly – I apologize if I didn’t!)

The steps you listed are correct.  You’ll also want to make sure you have some sort of signifier stating that the course is complete as it’s required for the course to be SCORM compliant.  You can either add an acknowledge page (one page test with only one answer) or add an action on the last page of the course that says on show, modify variable, aicc_lesson_status, and enter in the value that your LMS recognizes.  This is typically Passed, passed, pass, Pass, Completed, completed, Complete or complete.  An LMS admin at your company should know what that value is otherwise you can contact the LMS’s support department to get the answer.  I was able to successfully download the course (yay) and when I convert it everything is still there. You will see a new folder A001.  This is so the SCORM package can be contained and it’s how the LMS knows to start the course.  Try not to rename the folder unless you know what your doing because you may have to adjust LMS settings (learned that lesson the hard way).  Can you share a screen shot of what is happening so I can see what you see?  I’m pretty sure if you open the folder you’ll find what your looking for.  Why it doesn’t default already open is a mystery to me.  I’ll have to ask one of our developers because I’m curious.

Oh gosh, I feel super “special” right now. I saw the folder pop up when I followed those steps, but I didn’t recognize that it was a folder with things inside of it, I thought it was just an item, so when I clicked on it just now, I see that all of my material is inside of the folder titled A001. (Where’s the embarrassed emoji?) I added the action per your instructions as well.

    Thank you!

I’ve just checked and converting a normal title to SCORM/AICC title does collapse all the content into a A001 box. Never thought noticed it before 🙂
