Our team audits courses on a monthly basis. With hundreds of courses to audit throughout the year, it would be helpful to be able to add a suborg into the Course profile, which would allow us to track whether or not the course has been audited each year. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to document that a course was updated or reviewed? Within the Notes section, we type the date the course was created and the SME, this allows us to run an Advanced Report and audit the courses that fall into that month.
You can use the Course Info tab to include additional information that is also retrievable in reports. You set this up at the Org level and it puts a tab of ‘Course Info’ on each Course if you specify one or more Course Info columns.
