    @omacron77

    I have assumed a project from another consultant and I’m having some difficulty with a couple of problems.

    Access the Lectora source file via screencast at this link: http://www.screencast.com/t/L1B5TF7d9

    1: In the section titled Guidelines on page titled “Industry Code of Practice” as each person speaks the text is configured to turn green while all other text is black. The problem is that when John speaks for the second time the text disappears and when Frank speaks his final time then it returns. I do not know why this happening?

    2. My second problem is that when you complete the assessment it returns a zero score, always. I do not understand why this happening as well.

    I’m up against the wall with my timeline so a timely reply and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    ad 1:
    Check the fourth action of audio pg17_Frank01 named “show_john02”.

    The action is:
    On: Done playing
    Action: Play
    Target: pg17_John02

    It should be:

    On: Done playing
    Action: Show
    Target: John02g

    ad2: The score is 0 because the usual next button only goes to the next page instead of processing the test. There is a strange second next button on that page that is not visible on the page in Lectora.

    Open the title in Lectora and go to page “Question 10”. Delete the next button on that page in the Title Explorer. You’ll see that the usual next button is still there, because it’s the next button on title level. Copy the next button from title level to the page and change the action in the On: Click tab. It should be

    Action: Send/Process Test
    Target: Course Assessment
