I created a custom controller skin for audio and video. It displays in the published web files but not in the published SCORM course. Any idea why it is getting lost?

Check the zipped SCORM file and make sure that in the MediaPlayer folder you have the CSS for the skin, and a Sprites folder with your sprite file. I’m pretty sure it’s a requirement that the sprite be a png file, but I may be wrong on that. What LMS are you using? Try it on SCORM cloud or Moodle and see if it works. If it does, it’s likely an LMS issue.

Thanks Jason. I checked the MediaPlayer and Sprite folder. All the necessary files are there. It doesn’t work on SCORM Cloud or Trivantis’ own ReviewLink.

If you post the lesson or a sample we will be able to test.
