Hello. I published a course for my company using lectora version 18. When accessing the course on mobile devices such as handphone or tablets, our users get the error message as attached.

Is this something that can be resolved by checking some checkboxes during publishing?

    Please help.

    Thank you for any advise.

What Lectora publishing settings are you using?  What LMS?

That message comes from the LMS, I would bet. (No Lectora message would have the title “learningonline”.) It’s presumably some sort of incompatibility.

In addition to Adam’s questions, what browser(s)?

My company is using the Inquisiq R4 LMS. Not the most popular LMS out there.

And we mostly recommend our learners to use Google Chrome browser.

I used the publish settings as attached.

If the prompt indeed originates from the LMS, can anything be done it Lectora to resolve the error?

After more testing, we isolated that the error only happens when switching between landscape and portrait view.

Really need to see the rest of the publishing settings.  For example, if you are using ‘seamless play’, I would uncheck that and republish to see if that clears up the issue.  You may try this with other settings as well to isolate the potential problem.

Also, have you tested in other browsers besides Chrome to see if you get the same error?  (troubleshooting to see if you are taking about an issue that can be resolved from the browser side, the Lectora publishing side, or LMS).
