I am currently using the Lectora Version 12.0.1 on my company given Dell Laptop running Windows 7 and my form elements are no longer working. I am unable to enter text into the entry field or use the drop down. When I hoover over them my mouse changes but I’m not allowed to do anything to them. Even when I Lectora preview, Internet preview (Chrome and IE; both newest versions) and SCORM. I checked my layering and everything seems fine. Any suggestions?

Check the developer console for JavaScript errors.

Can you post a screenshot of the page in Lectora and the title explorer? That may help us to figure this out.

I’ve been trying to add an entry field for students to submit their name that I can then use in subsequent pages to make the course more personalized, but every time I try the entry field does not function. I can’t type anything into it no matter which function I use to preview it.

    Any suggestions?
