    Hello

In testing, the testers found the video controls disappear in full screen mode, so they can NOT return to course.

    Any ideas?

    thanks

    Bryan

    Hi Bryan,

What device / OS / browser are we dealing with?  It may have to do with how the course is launched also, what LMS do you use?

    Hi Joe

    Thanks for your help.

This is a complicated setup and intensive testing.

Our client Accenture has tested out course and found 18 things to fix!

This issue happened on mobile only- they test on Android and iOS.

They are launching from inside their LMS to our course on ScormCloud. So headless and cross-domain.

    ideas?

    thanks again

    Bryan

Interesting. Typically when a video goes fullscreen then the OS takes over.  The controls are hidden unless you tap the video.  Is that the behavior they are seeing?

Try tapping once in the middle on the screen and see if the controls show up.

There should be a control (after tapping) that will switch out of fullscreen mode.

    Yes.

The client is expecting. “close full screen” button or icon.

Might have to use a video chrome that does not include a full screen option.
