How to Auto Resize Screen resolution based on user’s current monitor resolution

Hi,

I am working on a Lectora E-learning project, and my customer wants me to design the course UI, which can fit in with user’s current resolution. Someone in the forum already talked about it using JQuery- Resize() function. But its not clear for those who don’t have much exposure to coding. Is there anyone who came across with this function working?
I will really appreciate if you can share a sample coding so that we get an idea of it.
