We have Three Lectora Inspire 16 licenses and our maintenance support is getting expired next month. Can you please let me know the following two things:
1. Can we upgrade my current version from Lectora 16 to Lectora 17? If yes, is there any cost attached to that?
2. How can we extend maintenance for lectora to another year?
These would be questions to ask your Trivantis sales rep…he/she should be able to work with you to help you resolve this. (If you don’t have a sales rep, I suggest calling Trivantis and asking for one who can help you with this.)
