    I am working on a scene and the visual elements are no longer appearing. The audio works but no visual elements such as question card or images. They did work but now for some reason they are no longer appearing despite being set to visible or even when using the show command. This is only one scene of about ten. The others are working fine. Must I start again to recreate the scene? TIA

    Update: I accessed the same scene in each of the previous 3 backup versions of the scenario (copied scenarios) and the same behaviour occurs. I am certain that this was not the case when these were backed up.

    My troubleshooting continues and I am now wondering if there is a limit on the number of objects that can be added to a scenario?

    Do the items appear in the edit mode?

    Are you testing on a tablet? Many/most tablets won’t show some elements of a scene. Desktop seems to be OK.

    What is your setup/graphics card/etc.

    Hi Brian,

    Not sure if this was handled yet, is there any way you could export and send your scenario to cenariovr@trivantis.com so we could take a look at it and see what is happening with it? You may need to use a large file sharing site like WeTransfer if it is a large scenario.

    Hi Kenny,

     

    Yes they appear in edit mode. I ended up redoing the entire scene as I believe there must have been some corruption in the scene. All good now.

    Hello Rick,

     

    Thanks for your help. No it was on a  desktop and I believe the scene was somehow corrupted.  I ended up redoing it and things worked fine.
