    Hi everybody!

We are publishing a responsive title with Lectora 18.2.3 containig .mp3 and .mp4 media.

When the media is playing (no matter if video or audio) some images and texts are flickering. Only items that are reseized / rescaled are flickered (e.g. LOGO, EXIT BUTTON..).

We encounter the problem both in Moodle LMS (SCORM) and in ReviewLink.

Flickering effect is troubling when the following Options are enabled (all and or), for Desktop, Tablet and Phone:

    • Disable browser reseize of published content
    • Scale content to fill Window
    • Fit content to width

Minor effect is still there with ‘Scale content to fill mobile device view’, only in Tablet and Phone.

We used last version of Chrome and Windows and Android (tablet and phone) OS.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

    Thank you!

Hi @cfrancone5753  I haven’t this, but I’ll try the publish options you mentioned and see if I can recreate this. Do you see it on a desktop also, or just mobile devices?

    Dear @tea,

    thank you again!

When the following options are selected (no matter if all at the same time or not) I experience the problem in the Desktop view too:

    • Disable browser reseize of published content
    • Scale content to fill Window
    • Fit content to width

In each test I’ve always used ‘Scale content to fill mobile device view’. When I use only this option, the Desktop view is working.

Hey @cfrancone5753 I have a title that I’m publishing to reviewlink with the options you mention, running on my desktop in Chrome, I’m not seeing the flickering. Would it be possible to get a copy of your title as well as a screen shot of your HTML publish options?

My tablet is an iPad, not an Android, so I am trying to recreate this on my desktop without setting  “Scale content to fill mobile device view”

@tea: Android tablets cost $50. Literally. Ask Trivantis to get you one.

    Hi all!

Please find attached my source file with only 3 page. The SCORM and HTML options are in the .zip file.

In page 2 you will see text and images flickering with mobile and tablet view, only during the .mp3 playing time.

    Thank you for your check!

    P.S.

I noticed that if the seamless option is DISABLED, there is only one flickering object: the black bar above in the page.
