Hi guys, we translate a lot of our courses, and I just noticed when a question’s feedback is added to a “blank” textbox through “Edit Question > Feedback > Change Contents > Target (specified textbox) > Value: Set Text > Text: (your own feedback text)”, it does not get exported to the RTF for translation.

We have only just started doing feedback this way, which i presumed to be the clean “Lectora” way of doing it, but maybe not if it does not work correctly.

I’m presuming this text gets stored in some sort of variable, but it I cannot find it in the Variable Manager.

Has anyone else had this issue, or know of a fix?

    Cheers

I also have this issue, and it is a little frustrating.

The best way that I have found to gather this data is by polling the XML of the .awt file itself for the textblockmsg tags.

Does ajnyone know of a better way?

Just to let you know, i have raised it with Lectora support and they have apparently added it to their list of fixes – hopefully an update will be applied soon!
