Has anyone experiences Reviewers “disappearing” (for lack of a better word) from the system? I’ve found that if I create a new Reviewer, assign them to review a course, they are removed/deleted/gone/disappeared from the ReviewLink system less than a week later.
The only pattern I can relate to the missing Reviewers is that they are created, assigned a course to review, but don’t login to the system for 5-6 days. If a Reviewer logs in and makes comments, their ID never disappears.
I don’t see anything about a “use it or lose it” feature in the ReviewLink info center.
The reviewers should stay within the system until you move them out. You may want to contact our support team so they can look at your account from the back end or do a screen share. There’s a “Submit a support ticket” button on the right-hand side of the page.
