    Hello, I’m new about Lectora.

I’ve a problem with a score variable in my test. It works, but when I close the Lectora file and I reopen it, the score variable doesn’t work well. It count every time in different way. I don’t know why. I am going crazy…

    Someone can help me?

    Thank you.

P.S. I think I’m one of the few Italians to use Lectora…

Hi, Rita. Welcome to the forum.

I am not sure what problem you are having.

Tell me if this is what happens, please:

    1. Someone takes the test, and they get a score assigned to a score variable.
    2. They close the course.
    3. They start the course again, and take the test again. They answer questions the same, but get a different score.

Is this what you are experiencing? If not, please give a step-by-step method that we can use to see this problem.

I have asked many questions here. I know that the answers you get will be better if you state what version of Lectora you are using, and also give as much detail as possible about how your course is made and what someone should do, to see the problem.

Are all the test questions set to retain the variable between sessions?
