I have a few clients that are having issues with some of their users being able to run courses built with embedded video and/or audio. What are the best options for storing audio and video in a cloud server and then streaming from the cloud?

Hey Julie: We have run into that same issue our in house servers are very secure and have issues processing Video the work around we have been using is a private Youtube channel or Vimeo Channel that is linked in the training. It is pretty seamless on the users end. The only issue is that of security of classified information type of situations. Not sure of a work around for that as of yet. If you come up with something, I would very much like to hear about it.

Yep, we’ve seen customers use private channels as well. Some of them are even restricted to the company network/VPN so that they can only be viewed by employees.
