I have created a video experience in Cenario VR which looks fine in the editor but when I view the Scorm version on the LMS the video quality is degraded.  Has anyone else had this problem? Is this likely to be due to the scorm process or the LMS ?

    thanks

It definitely isn’t SCORM itself, thats just the way the course sends score and completion to the LMS, it doesn’t have any effect on content.

I suppose its possible your LMS transcodes video and sends it at a lower bandwidth. Maybe your LMS admin can take a look at that?

    Hi

Thanks for your help on this.

Just to clarify, the issue was that my LMS provider was downgrading the video quality of the files manually without telling me.
