Hello, New to the community. Looking forward to learning more about Lectora. This will be my third authoring tool, and it is definitely the most challenging. On that note…I am using Lectora Online…how can I zoom in on an element?….lol…not even Google knows!!!May 8, 2018 at 7:49 pm #396352

The only way you can zoom currently in Lectora Online is to use the Browser zoom capability. Usually you can do Ctrl and + to zoom in, and Ctrl and – to zoom out.
Welcome to the community!

@pnsibande2310 Typically the shutdown occurs when there are unsupported items in your PowerPoint file. I would recommend checking:
- The slide size is the same as or similar to what you are trying to import
- In the slide master to make sure you delete anything not in use
- From the slide master and on all pages, you don’t include any audio/video/images that are in older formats
- Check to see that you don’t have an unsupported transition on each page or items in your title
Here’s a guidelines document about the importing PowerPoint process for reference: https://community.trivantis.com/knowledge-base/guidelines-importing-microsoft-powerpoint-content-lectora/
If the issue persists you may want to contact Trivantis Support with your title and PowerPoint. Or you can share it on the Community for troubleshooting.October 15, 2018 at 1:36 pm #409218
Hi Everyone – I’m relatively new to the community, but have already found answers to questions that I was unable to find elsewhere on the web. I’m looking forward to checking out the Shared Content and contributing once I get up to speed using Lectora 🙂October 18, 2018 at 2:11 pm #409802March 8, 2019 at 6:19 pm #419675

Hello Community members,
My name is Carmelo. Last week I update Lectora Inspire 17 to version 18 on my computer at work. Since 2007 I have worked as an eLearning professional for many different clients.
Being new to Lectora Inspire, I am so far enjoying the software. In past roles I have used using many different types of Authoring software packages for developing online content. The interface display took some getting used to but does offer some similarity to previous software.
I look forward to hearing from you in the future.
Have a productive week.

I have just started with my company who use Lectora online, I am hopefully getting some training at the end of the month, however i have been playing around on the site, how do I import a template to an existing course please?
It looks like the Lectora is completely adaptable which is very exciting!November 13, 2019 at 11:29 am #434725
