Hello, New to the community. Looking forward to learning more about Lectora. This will be my third authoring tool, and it is definitely the most challenging. On that note…I am using Lectora Online…how can I zoom in on an element?….lol…not even Google knows!!!

    Hi Raul,

The only way you can zoom currently in Lectora Online is to use the Browser zoom capability.  Usually you can do Ctrl and + to zoom in, and Ctrl and – to zoom out.

@pnsibande2310 Typically the shutdown occurs when there are unsupported items in your PowerPoint file.  I would recommend checking:

    • The slide size is the same as or similar to what you are trying to import
    • In the slide master to make sure you delete anything not in use
    • From the slide master and on all pages, you don’t include any audio/video/images that are in older formats
    • Check to see that you don’t have an unsupported transition on each page or items in your title

Here’s a guidelines document about the importing PowerPoint process for reference: https://community.trivantis.com/knowledge-base/guidelines-importing-microsoft-powerpoint-content-lectora/

If the issue persists you may want to contact Trivantis Support with your title and PowerPoint.  Or you can share it on the Community for troubleshooting.

Hi Everyone – I’m relatively new to the community, but have already found answers to questions that I was unable to find elsewhere on the web. I’m looking forward to checking out the Shared Content and contributing once I get up to speed using Lectora 🙂
