     What version of Lectora are you using? If version 8.0 or higher you may need to turn off the video compression during publishing to HTML. There is a compression tab as part of the publishing options. All you need to do is uncheck the compression and this may solve your problem.

Well, they can’t see the video. I am thinking that they will need to install the viewer to all machines, but then why is Lectora “pack and go”? I thought that it would be able to play within the condensed file? Do I have to copy the player into the file? I’m so confused!
