To my knowledge, this is a known issue with no planned resolution. Courses are either 0% (Not Started), 10% (In-Progress), or 100% (Completed). Communication errors within the LMS may cause the course to not immediately update from 10% to 100%, but you’ll never see any other value in that ‘% Complete’ column.
So frustrating. It is an issue with the end user most times.
Found that if they are on the wrong browser, like Fire Fox, it will not allow them to test. Weird complication with our internal set up with having to use IE and Citrix. Novel was in need of an upgrade and so now we need to have them log in Desktop only.
Did I mention that IT is very frustrating to me at times?
