When will Lectora be Win 10 compliant? Company is moving to Win 10 and will need to have this tool moved forward in our environment.
Looks like this article needs to be updated. I’ll get right on that. In the mean time, Lectora is Window’s 10 compliant. You can see our up to date tech specs on the website (http://trivantis.com/products/inspire-e-learning-software/tech-specs).
Question: Lectora Works with newest High Density Displays?
Does Lectora Inspire 17 works with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2?
We recommend at least Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 for Lectora Inspire customers, in order to properly run Camtasia & Snagit. Lectora Publisher should be okay running 4.5.2 but we can’t guarantee an issue less experience.
Does the program have to ran as administrator? I have a user that cannot run it but I can run as administrator.
It should be run as an administrator when installing the program. After that then it shouldn’t be required unless your organization has a heavy firewall or restricted system. If there are continued issues after installation we recommend contacting your internal IT or our support team.
