Add a delay to the action to send the score.
But…can you do that? Compliant?
It is counter to the max score setting capabilities.
We are both using 17.1.7. I asked for another person to try it and theirs looked the same as mine but we both are windows 8.
I keep thinking that it must be that she is on Windows 10. Everything else is the same. I still have not heard anything from Trivantis support ticket. They just sent me my own email back…..?
When I view my coworkers Lectora title the text boxes do not show all of the text. Things overlap so you can’t see other items and everything looks scrunched (pushed together).
When she shows me what she has on her computer, it looks fine.
Why would this happen? Versions are the same.
I am sorry, I am not understanding what a page note is.
The only notes that I know of are the ones that you can put on the page like post-it notes that users are not able to see when they run the course. They are for the developer only.
They are very valuable for our group when we need to know specifics about how things are linked or created…[Read more]
Hello, I am not always the most conventional problem solver but …
If you want to do this, just put transparent buttons on top of the image. The buttons must then modify the variable for the question to equal whatever is needed to create that response. Depending on how you set up your question you may need to have multiple actions on the…[Read more]
This is very simple. Stan, actually is correct. It is something that must be triggered. You know where it needs to be placed dependent on the need for it.
If I understand correctly, you want the action to happen as soon as the modification of the variable happens. This will require a check at that very point. Add a second action,…[Read more]
Within Reports, I go to Interactions and try to run a report on an inactive course. I check “include inactive courses”.
I put in the student’s info and… nope.
I go back into options and ask to see the courses and … nope.
I just forgo the entire survey option and create a test. It is not really a test, and it takes a bit of time, depending on the depth of the information that I am trying to obtain, but at least it is simple to report on. I just name it differently and have it automatically score itself 100% when submitted. All questions = 1 point and you are not…[Read more]
I have not had this issue although I use Camtasia to add these in and it works fine. It is a bit tedious so I do not love it, but it works.
I have also put them in so that they are not an option by placing them directly on top of the clip. This was more for the ability to size them for our people in China. Sometimes graphics are a bit difficult…[Read more]
When I try to run an audit on Sent Notifications I only get back a SQL Exception of: Incorrect syntax near “”.
I am pretty sure that this means that the report can’t run until this is fixed.
I am working on a project where trainers and others are able to leave their feedback on the trainee’s performance and vice versa. I do not want this to be in the discussion boards as it is about the trainee’s personal training and it can’t be in a public area.
I created a simple (ha ha ha) feedback page to capture this, put a date and time in…[Read more]
Look in CourseMill under the left hand side under Links. You should have an administrator’s guide. I also pulled in a Programmer-API from their website.
To add them if you do not have them: Go to Manage Properties > Category:User Interface Options > Property: OptionalMenuItem0
Double click on this line and add the link below.
So how is the decision making process being impacted?
Any response from … anyone?
We are fighting this battle also. When you are used to the very accommodating way we were treated previously, it is a bit jarring to have to work with, well, nothing.
Others have told me that the more the cost of the product, the better the service.…[Read more]
Has anyone added a course for Tuition Reimbursement into CourseMill?
We are looking into how this should /could work and we are not sure how to make entering the information work for us.
Yes blonde is the color of my hair. Getting grayer these days but…
Anyway, in CourseMill when you create a course you set the parameters in the shell that you build. The default is set up in Manage Properties. It was changed and I did not notice.
Dana Musser replied to the topic Questionnaire broken by saving from Lectora 16 to 17? in the forum Lectora Questions & Answers 2 years ago
Oh, yeah, we went through this. It was terrible. I copied the survey from the previous year (Lectora 16) and published it for the current year in Lectora 17. It was the standard questionnaire with short answers and worked really well for us. Everyone loved it. Why mess with a good thing…change the date and a couple minor substitutions for…[Read more]
