I am a creative Learning and Development Manager with significant experience in instructional and multimedia design who recognises the value innovative learning solutions brings to individuals, driving change and meeting strategic business objectives.
I bring a passion for learning best practice, methodologies, principles and technologies, which combined with extensive eLearning and LMS experience, resulted in mentoring my team to win the 2010 Australian Institute of Training and Development Learning Innovation Award.

I have exceptional knowledge and experience in Saba’s Learning Management System, as the project stream lead involved in the design and implementation of Saba 5.5 at Insurance Australia Group, including the design of customer enhancements to extend Saba’s functionality. I have leveraged the capabilities in Saba to aid the deployment of online, instructor-led and blended learning methodologies as well as monitoring, tracking and reporting of compliance learning.
My skills and capabilities in learning systems has also led me to design and implement Kenexa’s Competency Manager software, as well as the interface to connect the data to Saba 5.5 to underpin a Competency Framework within CGU Insurance.
