The bug appears when you have RCD enabled but Lightbox off. You need both to be turned on for bookmarking to work. We hope to have this fixed in our next service pack.

Do you have Web Accessibility turned on? Or in the publish options, do you have Lightbox windows turned off?

We reviewed this issue with our Lectora Online developers and it is a bug. The current menus are’t working on mobile devices the way they should. The work-around, for now, is to not use the menu object in the mobile views. Drag it off the page and instead use a drop-down list version of the Table of Contents object.

Yep, that could be it. If you company is loading IE without those options enabled it will affect anyone using IE.

When you say “On Page Show” do you mean an OnShow action at the page level?

The auto-update for Lectora v16.2 was pulled after we found the issue. It was then turned back on when we released v16.2.1 so that any customers who had gotten v16.2 before we pulled it could get the new update with the fixes.

I would try restarting Lectora with the “Run as Administrator” option. Then try the update again. If that doesn’t work, download the file from our website and run it that way (http://trivantis.com/service-pack-downloads/).

Which version were you on when you applied the update? v16.1.2 or v16.2?
