Have you ever wanted to give your user the ability to fast forward or rewind the current scene? Maybe they were looking in one area and missed something important along the way. This is something you can incorporate with a Timer and Variables, along with Set Time and Jump to Scene Time actions.
The solution is to use a timer on the scene to keep track of the scene time. The timer doesn’t have to be visible to the user, although it is in the attached example. Then, add or subtract from the automatic variable associated with the timer, and jump to the scene time using that value. You do need some conditions to make sure you don’t go below zero, or past the end of the scene time.
