Lectora User Conference App (2015)

Here you will find the source files for the LUC2015 mobile app built in Lectora by the BranchTrack.com team exclusively for Trivantis. Click ‘Preview’ to see how the app works or download it for your device:

iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/luc2015/id982716336?mt=8

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lectora.luc2015

I’ve also attached the source files. The ‘Lectora file’ contains a Lectora v12 (desktop) .AWT title along with all images and external scripts. All JS code that I wrote is in the “custom.js” file, which has comments in it.

The ‘Phonegap-assets.zip’ contains the non-Lectora files that you will need for uploading to Phonegap (http://build.phonegap.com) or building locally with Cordova/Phonegap. It contains:
– ‘config.xml’, the essential file that describes your app, including its name, settings, list of required plugins as well as paths to all resources
– ‘res’ folder with all resources (icons and splash screens) referenced in the config.xml
– ‘store_assets’ folder with all files that Apple and Google will require you to upload to their stores (screenshots, icons, banners).

Building an app

The absolutely easiest way is to just upload the HTML output from Lectora to build.phonegap.com and see what happens 🙂 Adobe provides great documentation and there loads of tutorials on how to do that. For Lectora-specific notes refer to an Inspiration Wednesday webinar on ‘How the LUC app was built in Lectora’.

All intellectual property for the app belongs to Trivantis Inc.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to sergey@branchtrack.com or @ssneg on the Community with any questions, I’ll be happy to help.

That was by far, the best webinar that I’ve seen here for awhile. Thanks for sharing the assets!

Hi Joe, thanks, I really appreciate you saying that. However, please note that the materials in this thread are from the LUC 2015 (last year’s) app. I will share the LUC 2016 materials in a bit.
