To save space, you can select to reduce the file size of large images that you have added to your title. Enabling this option reduces the file size of your working title during development. The image is converted and saved to the largest size used within the title.
It’s easy to remove unused resources! After you’ve been working on a Lectora title for a while you may have extra images, attachments, and media files that you no longer need. Even if the objects are no longer on any pages in your title, they’re still in your media library. You can clean-up these unused files and reduce your file size.
You can attach files to your Lectora title that are not natively supported by the program (for example, PDF files). Attaching external files enables you to publish them along with the course and all other imported resources. These files are housed with the course instead of being published on a website, file share, or other linkable location. Once attached you can locate them in Resource Manager. You can also launch the files open using an action. her linkable location.
